The present writ petition of the year 2012 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for direction upon the respondents not to give effect to Memo No. 470(12)/RM dated 19.10.2012 and to allow the petitioner to resume her duty as Sahayika of Kharikamathani Gram Panchayat Bhunia Para Sishu Siksha Kendra.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides since the date of listing.
