The learned Government Pleader submits that the order is a nullity, since the employees of Don Bosco School, are not entitled to pension. They said school is affiliated with the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education.
Since the issue goes to the root of the order of this Court is of the view that the matter requires consideration.
Let an affidavit-in-opposition be filed to the contempt application by the alleged contemnor, within a period of two weeks from date. Reply, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
Let this matter stand adjourned and be listed three weeks hence under the same heading.
Leave is granted to the petitioner to bring on record the current incumbent in the post in question.
List the matter accordingly.
