It appears that previously on two occasions hearing of this writ petition was adjourned. On 10th January, 2023 this Court granted adjournment in favour of the petitioners as a last chance since accommodation was prayed for on the ground of the learned advocate representing the petitioners.

It appears that petitioners have lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.
