Heard Ms. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted that in a suit for eviction on the ground of reasonable requirement. The learned trial court refused to appoint advocate commissioner to hold local investigation instead learned trial court allowed the prayer under Order 39 Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure for local inspection. The suit is now posted for peremptory hearing. Therefore, the civil revision has become infructuous. None is appearing on behalf of the opposite party. Considering the submissions of Ms. Dutta, the civil revision appears to have become infructuous and I dispose it of accordingly.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial court forthwith.
