In compliance with the order 27.06.2023 the petitioner No.1 i.e. Swapnanjan Goswami and petitioner No. 3 i.e. Mrs. Sipra Goswami are present in Court today. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with. The petitioner No.2 i.e. Dr. Kanan Behari Goswami has expired on 15.06.2021. Let the said photocopy of the death certificate be kept on record. The report filed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas through the District Judge, North 24-Parganas dated 15.09.2023, inter alia, stated that the petitioners had been acquitted on 25.08.2017 in connection with Bidhannagar Police Station (South) police station Case No. 195 dated 12.08.2011. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
