It appears that the charge sheet in the instant matter was filed on 26.05.2014 which was not placed before the Ld. ACJM, Siliguri. The order dated 08.02.2023 passed by the Ld. ACJM, Siliguri is self-explicit and vivid. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the revisional application. The manner in which the case record has been dealt with is deprecating.

The instant criminal revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution and also taking note of the report as stated above. The Ld. Trial Court is requested to dispose of the matter expeditiously as possible.
