1. None appears for the parties in a matter of the year 2023 despite accommodation on the last occasion, having been given as a last chance. No accommodation is prayed for.

2. It seems to this Court that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal.

3. F.A. 107 of 2023 shall stand dismissed for default.

In view of dismissal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 4 of 2016 shall also stand dismissed.

5. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
