The learned advocate representing the petitioner submitted that the instant writ petition has become infructuous since the daughter of the petitioner has been given compassionate appointment and her grievance through such appointment has been redressed.

The instant writ petition gets disposed of accordingly since the same has become infructuous. This Court has not considered the merits of the instant writ petition.
