It has also been submitted that the learned advocate for the petitioner has received letter dated 8th December, 2022 from petitioner no. 1 whereby he has been instructed not to proceed with the writ petition. Such letter dated 8th December, 2022 is placed before this Court which is taken on record. In view of aforesaid submission being made on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
