Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when he sought to serve a copy of the recall application on the learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties in the main matter, the said learned Advocate indicated that his client had already taken back the brief from him. Hence, the applicant was compelled to serve on the opposite parties in the recall application directly. In order to enable the learned advocate for the petitioner to file a proper affidavit-of-service, the matter is adjourned till February 24, 2022, when the petitioner shall file an affidavit-of-service.
