Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned counsel with Mr. Gourav Das, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor.

Mr. Vaisya, learned counsel submits that the new incumbent in the place of the previous alleged contemnor is Mr. Ajjit Kumar Nayak.

In view of the above, the petitioner will be at liberty to add the said Mr. Ajit Kumar Nayak as the new incumbent alleged contemnor in the contempt application and shall serve a copy of the contempt application on the said new added party and file an affidavit of service on the next day.

The contempt petition shall appear on June 23, under the heading "For Disposal (Contempt Application)".

Mr. Vaisya is requested to take instruction from his client that, if the direction of this Court has

already been complied with, necessary compliance report may be filed on the adjourned date.
