It appears that the instant revisional application is filed challenging the impugned order dated 10th September, 2014 whereby learned Trial Court rejected the application filed by the defendant filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure. The instant matter is pending since the year 2014. There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with this application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3703/2014 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the connected applications being CAN/1195/2015 and CAN/2/2021 are also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
