On 2nd April, 2015 while the matter was taken up by a Co-ordinate Bench. The Co-ordinate Bench directed exchange of affidavits for proper adjudication of the writ petition. But, it is reported by the concerned Department that no affidavit has been filed.

Yesterday, when the matter was called on, none represented the parties.

I feel that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the writ petition on hand.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonappearance of the petitioner. ( Rabindranath Samanta, J.)
