The instant revisional application has been filed against a proceeding being Misc. Case No.92/09 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Haldia without complying with the order dated 20.07.2012 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Raghunath Bhattacharya in CRAN No. 1210/2012 with CRR No. 3244 of 2011 directing the learned Magistrate to give opportunity to both sides to adduce evidence for interim maintenance as well as maintenance and to pass a reasoned order within a month from the date of communication of the order.

The Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur vide all communications dated 10.10.2023 stated that the Misc. Case being No.92 of 2009 was disposed of by a judgement and order on 22.06.2016. Let the same be kept on record.

In such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
