The writ petition is of the year 2012 and, till date, the same has not been admitted. The last of the ordersheets reflect that the writ petition was listed on 28.12.2012.

I have considered the contentions in the writ petition and the representation so made to the inspector in charge of Chanditola P.S. dt. 09.12.2012.

Having regard to the contents of the said writ petition, I am of the view that it would have been fit and proper, if the petitioner approached the competent court of law, as, this court has no jurisdiction to invoke its power under

Article 226 of the Constitution of India in respect of the foundational facts for which the writ petition has been preferred.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28346 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
