No accommodation is sought.

On the last few occasions, i.e. on 09.09.2021, 10.09.2021 and 13.09.2021, when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners or prayed for any adjournment.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Central Bureau of Investigation files a status report of the trial which is taken on record. According to the report, the present case is at the stage of evidence and out of 55 witnesses, 23 witnesses have already been examined. Be that as it may, since the petitioners have not represented themselves today and several other occasions, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
