The matter is listed at the instance of the appellant seeking correction of a typographical and/or ministerial error crept up in the judgment dated 12.09.2023.

It is pointed out by Ms. Chandreyi Alam, learned Advocate appearing for the appellant, that though the number of the Matrimonial Suit recorded in the paragraph 1 of the said judgment is correct but in paragraph 25 it is shown as "Matrimonial Suit No. 54 of 2007" instead of "Matrimonial Suit No. 1 of 2008". 3.

Such mistake is apparent and evident from the record. 4.

Let the words "Matrimonial Suit No. 54 of 2007" be deleted from paragraph 25 of the said judgment and substituted with "Matrimonial Suit No. 1 of 2008". 5.

Office is directed to make necessary correction. 6.

Certified copy of the judgment, if already supplied to the parties, be also corrected on production thereof. 7.

This order shall be read conjointly with the judgment dated 12.09.2023.
