Versus

Chittaranjan Paul The matter initially appeared in the warning list on 29th November, 2022 and thereafter transferred to the regular list on 5th December, 2022. There was a clear indication in the list that the matter shall be transferred to the daily cause list on 5th December, 2022 and since then the appeal is appearing in the list. We accept the report filed the Stamp Reporter with regard to the maintainability of the second appeal.

In view thereof, the second appeal stands dismissed as not maintainable. The application accordingly stands dismissed. We have not gone into the merits of the matter. This order shall prevent the appellants to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
