The earlier order of 7th April, 2025 contains a typographical error in stating the writ petition number, which should be read as WPA 3554 of 2006 instead of WPA 2554 of 2006 as wrongly typed. Let the correction be incorporated in the aforesaid order.

This contempt application, pending since 2014, has finally reached its logical conclusion by way of compliance by the contemnors of the said order.

The contemnor no. 1 has filed a compliance report, which is kept on record by way of an affidavit affirmed on 25th April, 2025. From the documents on record annexed to

the report at pages 11, 16, 17, 20 and 28, it appears that the order has been duly complied with.

Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also stated that the directions in the order has already been complied with.

In view of the aforestated, CPAN 2690 of 2014 in WPA 2554 of 2006 stands dismissed.
