The report received from Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court Asansol, through the District Paschim Bardhaman reveals that the Complaint Case No. C-372 of 2011 pending before the Court of the leanred Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Asansol under Sections 494/109 of the Indian Penal Code was dismissed for non prosecution on 04th May, 2016. The instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, revisional application being CRR 3780 of 2013 is disposed of.
