A report is placed by the Assistant Registrar - IV in pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 13.07.2023. It appears from the said report that the Succession Case being No. 16/2013 was disposed of and allowed ex parte on 14.11.2017. This revisional application is preferred challenging the Order No. 11 dated 30.05.2014 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Succession Case No. 16/2013.

In view of the report submitted by the office the present revisional application becomes infructuous and as such there is no reason to keep this revisional application alive in the list.

The revisional application being CO/3821/2014 is hereby dismissed for default.

There will be no order as to costs.
