This revisional application challenges the Order No. 21 dated 28.8.2013. By the order impugned, the learned trial court was pleased to reject the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure primarily on the ground of suppression of material of fact. Since after filing of this application, petitioner is not represented.

The impugned order neither appears to be perverse nor demonstrates any jurisdictional error. The order impugned does not merit any interference.

Revisional application stands dismissed.
