It appears that a sum of Rs. 26,40,787/- has been deposited by the appellant under OD Challan No. 3208 dated March 11, 2015 and the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- has also been deposited under OD Challan No.2429 dated December 19, 2014 with the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta.

In view of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta, is directed to refund the aforesaid amounts to the petitioner together with accrued interest within a period of six weeks from date.

The instructions filed on behalf of the appellant be kept with the records.
