Since then the matter is appearing in the list. The appellant has due notice of the matter. The appellant is not represented. The appeal is defective. The Section Officer in its report dated 03/01/2023 has stated that the defects pointed by the Additional Stamp Reporter in its report dated 09/12/2014 have not been removed. In spite of having due notice of the matter, the appellant is not represented. The appellant has adequate notice and opportunity to remove the defects. The appellant has deliberately kept the matter pending without any intention to move the second appeal after removing the defects.

We dismiss the second appeal for non-removal of remaining defects.

In view of dismissal of the second appeal, the application also stands dismissed.
