No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Nor is any adjournment prayed for.

On the last few occasions, i.e. on 16.09.2021, 28.09.2021 and 05.10.2021 when the matter was called on for hearing no one appeared on behalf of petitioner or prayed for any accommodation.

Accordingly, the revisional application and the connected application are dismissed for default. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. .
