21.3.2023 C.R.R. 3622 of 2014 sk None appears for the petitioner and no accommodation was sought, when the matter was called on 14th March, 2023, 16th March,2023, 17th March,2023 and 20th March, 2023. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought on second call.

Accordingly, the criminal revisional application CRR 3622 of 2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Copy of this order be sent to the trial court for due compliance.
