Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition. He seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 31911 of 2014 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances. There shall however, be no order as to costs.
