The writ petition has been pending since 2014. By an order dated 23 March 2026 the petitioner had been directed to serve a copy of the writ petition on the respondents.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that there has been no compliance with the order dated 23 March and the petitioner has failed to serve a copy of the writ petition. In view of the indolent and lackadaisical conduct of the writ petitioner and the non-compliance with the prior order of the Court, the writ petition is dismissed. It is obvious that the petitioner is not serious in proceeding with this petition.

In view of the above, WPA 32093 of 2014 stands dismissed.
