At the time of call no one appears for the petitioner/applicant and no accommodation is prayed for.

On perusal of records it appears that the writ petition stood dismissed for default on 22nd April, 2015.

Subsequently, one restoration application being CAN 1 of 2016 (Old CAN 9646 of 2016) was taken out by the applicant but it appears till date the same has not been allowed. Therefore, it appears that the writ petition is not pending as on date.

Let the application being CAN 1 of 2016 (Old CAN 9646 of 2016) go out of list.

The department is directed to treat the writ petition as dismissed for default and not to show the same as pending in the system.
