Having perused the grounds stated in paragraphs 2 to 6 of this application, the court is satisfied that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from attending the court when the matter was called on.

CAN 1531 of 2020 is allowed. The order dated February 6, 2020 dismissing the C.O. 3898 of 2014 for default is recalled.

C.O. 3898 of 2014 is restored to its original file and number along with the interim order passed on December 9, 2014 by this court.

CAN 1531 of 2020 is disposed of.
