Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/ applicants prays for expunging the names of the 10 (Ten) petitioners from the cause title of the writ petition. Such prayer is considered and allowed. The names of the petitioners no. 1 to 10 be expunged from the cause title of the writ petition and the cause title be amended accordingly.

The applications being CAN No. 2 of 2021, CAN No. 3 of 2021, CAN No. 4 of 2021, CAN No. 5 of 2021, CAN No. 6 of 2021, CAN No. 7 of 2021, CAN No. 8 of 2021, CAN No. 9 of 2021, CAN No. 10 of 2021 and CAN No. 11 of 2021 are disposed of accordingly.

Re : WPA No. 35096 of 2013 As the names of the writ petitioners have been expunged from the cause title of the writ petition, nothing remains in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

WPA No. 35096 of 2013 is disposed of accordingly. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings. (Suvra Ghosh,J)
