By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of dismissal passed by the Principal of Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan.

The petitioner submits that the order was required to be challenged before the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal by taking out an original application but erroneously the same has been filed before this Court. The petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate his grievances before the learned Tribunal In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is at liberty to ventilate his grievances before the learned Tribunal.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
