1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the judgment dated 24th August, 2023.

2. In the fourth line of first paragraph of judgment dated 24th August, 2023, the words 'in sessions trial case no. 01(5)2023' be read as 'in Sessions Trial Case No. 01(05)13'.

3. Other portions of the judgment shall remain the same.

4. Corrected certified copy of the judgment be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
