The record reveals that the instant writ petition was dismissed for default on 03.08.2023.

It is submitted by learned Advocate for the writ petitioner that for restoration of the instant writ petition he has filed an application being CAN 1 of 2024 along with an application for condonation of delay being CAN 2 of 2024. It is also submitted that both the aforesaid interim applications have been filed probably in the month of February, 2024.

The aforementioned two interim applications being CAN 1 of 2024 and CAN 2 of 2024 are not available in the file.

In view of such, department is directed to search out the aforementioned two applications and to tag the same with the instant case record well before the adjourned date.
