I feel that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonappearance of the petitioner. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Consequently, CAN No.1 of 2016 (Old CAN No.6867 of 2016) stands also dismissed.
