This matter is listed for correction of a typographical error which has been crept up in the order dated 01.12.2013.

It is noticed that inadvertently the name of the opposite party in the said order dated 01.12.2023 typed as "Amarnath Ghosh & Anr." in place of "Gokul Chandra Das & Ors."

This mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly.
