The learned advocate for the State submits a report which reveals that the petitioner has been acquitted under Section 35( i) Cr.P.C. By order dated 26.6.2014, let the said report be kept on record.

A further report has been received from the District Judge, Murshidabad stating that the Sessions Serial Case being No. 244/2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 05/Sep./2013 has already been disposed of on 26.6.2014. Let the said report be kept on record. In the event of the acquittal of the petitioner before the trial court the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous.
