Rezaul Hossain, learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors.

This Court fails to understand as to how the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors can mention the contempt application for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, query has been made to Mr.

Rezaul Hossain, learned advocate to explain his conduct.

Mr.

Hossain has tendered unconditional apology and has admitted his mistake. Same is accepted.

Let the matter go out of the list with liberty to mention for inclusion.
