Praying for a direction upon the respondents authority to recast the panel and give appointment to the petitioner in the post of Office Executive, this writ petition was preferred. The selection process of filling up of the said post was initiated in 2012.

I am of the view that by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, disposed of without any order.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
