None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. The instant revisional application is preferred for not passing any order in connection with the petition filed by the petitioners dated 01.09.2014 which is for the construction of the execution application for Money Execution Case No. 4/2007.

It appears from the earlier order-sheet that a report was called for from the learned District Judge, Malda and to obtain a status report of Money Execution Case No. 4/2007 from the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malda. Report is submitted from which it appears that the Money Execution Case being No. 4/2007 was disposed of on 01.07.2023 vide Order No. 47. So, there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application Accordingly, revisional application being CO/3997/2014 is hereby dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
