At the time of hearing, Ms. Bakshi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner draws attention of this Court to a server copy of the judgment and order dated 27.01.2020 as passed in MAT 483 of 2019 by a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court whereby and whereunder while allowing the said appeal, the said Division Bench directed to hear out the instant writ petition afresh.

On perusal of the said order and judgment dated 27.01.2020, it cannot be ascertained as to whether MAT 483 of 2019 has been preferred impugning the order dated 10.07.2018 as passed in connection with the instant writ petition. However, on assurance of Ms. Bakshi, learned advocate for the writ petitioner, this Court accepts the contention of the writ petitioner. 3.

Let the matter be listed in the Combined Monthly List of April, 2025 under the same heading.

Learned advocate-on-record of the writ petitioner is hereby requested to issue a notice to the learned advocate for the respondent/State communicating him/her regarding pendency of the instant writ petition before this Court along with a server copy of this order.

Department is also directed to forward a copy of this order to the chamber of the Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal, Writers' Buildings, Kolkata - 700 001 who on receipt of the same, shall ensure that at the time of hearing of the instant writ petition the respondent/State is represented by a counsel.
