None appeared for the petitioner and no accommodation was sought, when the matter was called on 10th July, 2024 and 11th July, 2024. The petitioner did not take steps in compliance with the order dated 12th July, 2024 passed by this Court neither the petitioner nor any learned advocate representing the same are present before the Court. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the hearing of the hearing appeal.

Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
