From the report submitted by the Registrar Administration ( L & OM) dated 02.01.2023 it appears that the petitioner i.e. Abhijit Roy has expired on 20.06.2007 as per report of the Officer-in-Charge of Chitpur PS, Kolkata by communication dated 21.12.2022 supported by a copy of the death certificate.

In above premise the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal revisional application being CRR 4003 of 2013 is disposed of.
