1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.

2. Sri Dasgupta, learned counsel for petitioners has filed supplementary affidavit by supplying copy to the other side. The same is taken on record.

3. On the basis of subsequent events mentioned in the supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners do not want to press the present petition filed against the order dated 21.03.2013 passed in

O.A. 765 of 2011 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Bench.

4. Other side has no objection. However, counsel for the respondent has not admitted the averments and documents of the supplementary affidavit.

5. Petition is dismissed as not pressed. In view of the above, all connected applications including contempt petition is disposed of.

6. However, this order will not come in the way of the respondent to file appropriate proceeding before the tribunal, if order of tribunal has not been implemented till date.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
