Today when the matter is called on there is none to represent the petitioner nor there is any accommodation sought for.

We find from the records that the situation was same on the last date i.e. on 22.07.2025 when there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Apparently, the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the case.

The Writ Petition being W.P.S.T. 475 of 2013 is dismissed in default.
