None appears on behalf of the opposite party. It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 19.11.2014 passed by the learned Trial Court. By passing the impugned order learned Trial Court allowed the petition filed by the plaintiff filed under Order 39 Rule 7 along with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2014. So, there is no option but to dismiss the present revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/4045/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
