It appears from the report that sincere efforts have been made by the CID, West Bengal to trace out the missing girl. The yellow corner notices have also been obtained and circulated. The interpol has been approached. All hospitals and NGOs in the country have been notified.

This Court is of the view that the police have indeed put in substantial efforts in tracing out the missing girl. There cannot be any allegation of inaction against the CID, West Bengal.

The CID, West Bengal shall continue efforts in tracing out the missing girl. The petitioner may

be provided information by the CID, West Bengal, as and when he visits their office, preferably on a quarterly basis.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
