Mr. S. Deb Roy For the Petitioner Mr. P. K. Datta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appeared on behalf of the State. Learned advocate submits that earlier the prayer was advanced in the year 2014 in respect of suspension of sentence order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this court on 11.07.2013. Learned advocate candidly submits that he has no adverse report so far as the opposite party is concerned and leaves it to the court for consideration. Having regard to the fact that the application was preferred in the year 2014 in respect of a bail granted in connection with an appeal on 11.07.2013 and the petitioner is enjoying his liberty for almost eight years and there are no adverse report received from the concerned police authority, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this court.

Accordingly, CRM 17984 of 2014 is dismissed. All connected applications are also disposed of.
