State of West Bengal Inadvertent typographical error had crept in the judgment and order dated 11.07.2019.

In the 4th line of the 1st paragraph of the said judgment and order the words, "Sessions Case No.54(4) of 2002" shall be read as "Sessions Case No.52(4) of 2002".

Other portions of the judgment and order shall remain the same. Department shall make necessary corrections in the judgment and order.

Corrected certified copy of the judgment and order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
