Mr. Phiroze Edulji Mr. Samrat Goswami .... For the CBI No one appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing, although the Central Bureau of Investigation is represented.

On the last few occasions, i.e. on 16.09.2021, 28.09.2021 and 05.10.2021 when the matter was called on for hearing no one appeared on behalf of petitioner or prayed for any accommodation.

Accordingly, the revisional application with connected application are dismissed for default.
